Mental Health & Wellness
Come participate in our 90-minute, free Youth Mental Health Workshop to learn about stress management. We'll be exploring mental health basics, discussing underlying causes of stress, working together to build healthy coping strategies, and doing colouring sheets! You'll also come away from the workshop with an increased awareness of local mental health issues and knowledge of local mental health support resources. This workshop is a space to connect with other youths in your community, fight the stigmatization of mental health, and find empowerment through knowledge. *Participants are encouraged to bring a journal and pen to the workshop for notetaking and for use during the Guided Journaling Segment. Loose leaf paper and pens will be provided for participants without those materials.
