Instructor: Cedar Mindful Flow Yoga Being present in our bodies, moving with our breath, and listening inwardly: this is an awareness practice of moving meditation that has profoundly positive effects on our health and well-being. Yoga is an ancient practice that addresses our physical, mental, emotional, and energetic well-being. Benefits include stress-reduction, increased strength & flexibility, better breathing, energy, pain relief, improved circulation and weight management. It can also give us greater clarity, and greater sense of connection both inwardly and outwardly. This practice is open to all levels & best suited for those with some familiarity with yoga.
