Music in the Vines: Rebecca Sichon

Kelowna-based singer/songwriter Rebecca Sichon (SEA - Shon) delivers a blend of R&B, Soul & Jazz in her music. Taking inspiration from the vocal acrobatics of Yebba and the grittiness of Amy Winehouse, Sichon’s voice oozes with emotion that captivates listeners. Her latest release, “Picking Petals” (2023) was created in collaboration with 604 Records and landed on Apple Music’s “New in Pop” editorial playlist (Germany & Austria) as well as featured on EARMILK (USA, 2023). Soon after, a second single “Breaking Free” (2023) was released. The ambitious talent has performed well over 200 shows across North America including Toronto’s Canadian Music Week (2022 & 2023).
