Using a TRX Suspension Trainer, this class will build your strength, balance, and flexibility, and burn fat. You control how easy or hard you want to work. Whether you are an athlete or just want to get back into shape, the TRX will help you reach your fitness goals. The class takes place in the Weight Room Lookout Room
