1 hour deep aquafit workout. This class will be hosted in deep water. Waist belts are available. No membership passes at this time. Class fee is included in general pool admission. • Pre-registration not required. • Do not come to the facility if you are ill. • Lockers and change rooms available. • Please listen to the staff directions.
