Seniors Badminton (Tues)

Stay active, have fun, and connect with others through friendly games of badminton! This recreational program is designed for older adults who enjoy casual, non-competitive play. Whether you’re a seasoned player or just looking to stay moving, join us for light-hearted rallies and great company. All skill levels are welcome. Priority given to adults over 50 years. Drop-in $3.50. 2 courts with 3 drop in spots available. Please note: This session will run in half of the gym on the south side. The space will be shared with another program taking place at the same time, with each program using a designated area.
