Physical Activity Program Orientation - CAC

The physical Activity Program is in support of Healthy Families BC. You must receive the card/coupon from your physician to be part of the program. You will meet with a certified instructor. They will go through a resource package, facility orientation, gym & pool with you. Once completed you are entitled to a reduced 3-month membership. This is only available one time.
