Hosted Pool Party - Poolside Room

General Info: This booking includes pool time for up to 15 children, 5 adults and room rental. The room is comfortable for 15 people – MAX 20 as it is not the largest room. There is also the option for a Party Host for a full hour from 1pm to 2pm to run activities and games during the pool portion of the party. Please ensure children under 7 are within arms reach of an adult 16+ (The ratio is one adult for every 3 children under the age of 7, 1:3) The 1:3 adult to children under 7 ratio applies to Hosted parties as well. Please plan to have at least one adult able to be in the water for every 5 children if needed. Parent supervision is expected for Hosted parties during free-swim time in the pool. Any food items that need to be kept in a fridge can be stored at Reception. You are welcome to arrive up to 30min early to set up the room. Please Swim first, then Party in the room! You have the pool and the room from 1-4pm. It is up to each party how they would like to split their time between the two. IMPORTANT NOTE: Please dry off before entering the poolside room. The floor becomes slippery when wet! Photo Policy: The public is permitted to take photos and recordings of members in their immediate party, family members, or children in their care. No third parties should be identifiable in the recordings without third-party consent. It is the responsibility of the individual taking the recordings to ensure no identifiable third parties are captured in their recordings, or that they have obtained appropriate consent. The use of any electronic devices with the ability to record images, audio, or video is prohibited inside Panorama Recreation facility washrooms and changerooms, hot tub, sauna, and steam room.
