Youth Consultation Harry Jerome 5:30-6:30pm

This introductory weight room session introduces youth to the fitness centre and features an overview of weight room procedures, etiquette, and equipment usage. Youth aged 13 and 14 must complete a consultation before using NVRC fitness centres without being supervised by an adult. Once the consultation is complete and approval is granted, youth aged 13 and 14 may access fitness centres during regular operating hours. Please check in at the front desk upon arrival for your youth consultation.
