60 minutes High Intensity Moderate Impact Looking for a high-energy total-body workout that will make you sweat, feel the burn and enjoy an endorphin rush? Warrior strength is for you! 30 minutes of cardio conditioning followed by 30 minutes of mobility and strength training will burn calories, tighten, tone and sculpt your muscles.
