About this event
60 minutes Low Intensity Low-Impact This class will take you through a variety of yoga postures, breathing techniques and meditation that will challenge the body and mind. Regain flexibility in your joints, strengthen your muscles, correct your posture and calm your mind. Open to all levels- beginners welcome! Participants must be comfortable getting to and from the floor.
