45 minutes Moderate Intensity Low- Impact Build a stronger, more stable core using resistance bands and Pilates exercises. This class focuses on controlled movements that engage your abs, obliques and lower back while improving posture and balance. Perfect for all levels of fitness as this class combines strength building exercises and functional training to help you move better every day. Participants must be comfortable getting to and from the floor.
