45 minutes Moderate Intensity Low- Impact A dynamic, full‑body workout designed to fire up and strengthen your core—including the abs, obliques, back, and legs. Expect focused balance and stability training using equipment such as bands, the Bosu, Fitball, and body‑weight movements. The class includes mat‑based exercises, so participants should be comfortable moving down to and up from the floor.
