Gentle movement and stretching through beginner yoga poses can reduce swelling in joints while increasing joint mobility and improving balance which helps in reducing falls. $9+tax/drop-in if space. Please note participants are recommended to bring their own yoga mats and other equipment. No session Aug 3.
