This class is taught in Mandarin or Cantonese. Based on a variety of influences such as Tai Chi, Taekwondo focusing on stretching and mobility. Immerse yourself in the grace movements of these ancient martial arts, promoting balance of mind and body. Participants will have improved flexibility, reduced stress, and enhanced well-being. $2.38+tax/drop-in, if space. No session Apr 15, May 6, Jun 3.
