An introductory course for those new to Iyengar Yoga. Join this class to increase your flexibility, strength and relaxation. The Iyengar method of yoga involves meditation in action: with its focus on the details of the yoga poses and conscious movement, it helps to bring the body and mind into healthy alignment. Bridget is an Iyengar-certified instructor who has been teaching for more than 20 years. Drop in $14, space permitting.
