Qigong is an ancient Taoist practice for building strength, agility, vitality, and deep inner peace. It combines slow smooth movements in harmony with slow smooth breathing, creating a meditative effect that has many health benefits. While it is gentle, it also provides a well-balanced physical workout, and is famous for promoting longevity. Drop-In $15.
