About this event

This class uses controlled movements incorporating Pilates and Yoga to improve your flexibility, strength, and endurance. Emphasis is on alignment, breathing, and developing core awareness. It is an all levels practice that consists of a full body work out. You’ll feel amazing after! No Pilates or Yoga experience necessary. For more info visit www.intoyoga.ca.
