A mat Pilates series for women in perimenopause & menopause Each class follows a classic Pilates sequence — moving through mobility, balance, and strength and closing with restorative rest — to help ease brain fog, support better sleep, and take the edge off hot flashes. Gentle, consistent Pilates practice offers support through movement through this phase. This series is designed specifically for women navigating perimenopause and menopause.
