Slow, gentle Tai Chi movements improve balance, alignment and range of motion while promoting relaxation. Emphasis is on practicing and refining the Yang Style 24 Form with opportunities for deeper understanding of Tai Chi: familiarity with the 24 Form is required. Suitable for all body types and fitness levels; moderate stance with no extreme moves. Drop in at $10.50 if space permits.
