About this event
Mat Pilates is a low impact strengthening and lengthening form of exercise that focuses on your core (trunk) muscles while also training your arms and legs. Mat Pilates uses your body weight and gravity to strengthen and lengthen your muscles, improve your flexibility, balance and promote mind-body awareness. Mat Pilates is suitable for all fitness levels, and you can modify the exercises to suit your abilities. Drop-in $15, if space permits.
