This fun dynamic flow class moves from posture to posture on the breath. Focus is on mindful movement in standing and the floor postures to develop strength, focus and control. This mixed level class is suited for those with some yoga experience and not recommended for those with shoulder or wrist injuries that may be exasperated by poses like plank and down dog.
