Capoeira for Kids & Parents

Capoeira is an amazing movement art for kids – they will learn dance, martial arts, simple acrobatics, music, instruments and history. Kids will improve their strength, flexibility, co-ordination, balance, agility and rhythm, bolstering self-confidence & teamwork in a fun environment!
