This class blends Pilates fundamentals with gentle strength training using props like dumbbells, to support muscle tone and endurance. With a focus on alignment, core stability, and movement quality, we also emphasize body awareness, breath, and a somatic approach to movement. Move at your own pace with options to modify, cultivating both strength and a deeper connection to your body. Claudia Bulaievsky is a certified Pilates instructor and dance educator.
