Iaido

Iaido is the traditional Japanese martial art of drawing and cutting with the samurai sword. Its purpose is to cultivate awareness, centeredness, sincerity, a calm mind, and mental and physical harmony through the practice of traditional sword techniques. Beginners are welcome.
