About this event
Pranayama is the art and science of yogic breathing. It is a useful practice that teaches for calm and concentration. In Iyengar Yoga, pranayama is taught to students who have gained some understanding of the yoga asanas ( poses) and who wish to expand their knowledge. This six week course will focus on the art and science of breathing in the Iyengar style. Drop-in $27, space permitting.
