Tai Chi is a Chinese martial art that relies on structural alignment and relaxation to accomplish internal power, balance, and mental clarity. The movements are natural to the body and are performed slowly, to cultivate a meditative state, as well as physical stability, poise, and grace. In this course, we will explore the core principles of the art to provide a foundation for further study. No class Aug 2. Drop-in $19.05, space permitting.
