Pilates and Strength Fusion
Space Permitting - Drop-in fee $12 No class May 2 This mat pilates class fuses the benefits of pilates with strength training using dumbbells and bands. Adding resistance training to mat pilates will tone muscles, increase metabolism and improve overall function. While pilates targets the core and strengthens the small muscles around our joints, the added strength exercises will work the larger muscles. Participants will learn the foundations of pilates core and breath work and fundamental strengthening exercises for a full-body workout. Activity Drop-in Policy (excluding adult sports activities) Drop-ins are accepted in programs where stated “Space Permitting - Drop-in fees”… Drop-in patrons can purchase their spot 15 minutes prior to program start time in person ONLY, based on 1st come 1st served. IMPORTANT : If maximum program capacity has already been met with registered patrons no drop-ins will be permitted, regardless of no-show patrons.
