Chair Pilates is perfect for anyone that has difficulty getting down to or up from the floor. In this class we sit in a chair to concentrate on strengthening the core muscles. A strong core will improve posture, balance, flexibility and wellbeing. Modifications and progressions will be offered so that anyone of any fitness level will be welcomed to the class This venue can accommodate wheelchairs. Space Permitting - Drop-in $10 Adults 19yrs+ can register into this program 1 week prior to program start date, if spaces available. A ctivity Drop-in Policy (excluding adult sports activities) Drop-ins are accepted in programs where stated “Space Permitting - Drop-in fees”… Drop-in patrons can purchase their spot 15 minutes prior to program start time in person ONLY, based on 1st come 1st served. IMPORTANT : If maximum program capacity has already been met with registered patrons no drop-ins will be permitted, regardless of no-show patrons.
