Beginner Pilates for the Older Adult
In this Pilates class we will concentrate on strengthening the body with particular attention to the core. This will improve general fitness and overall wellbeing , as well as posture, balance and flexibility modifications and progressions will be offered. Space Permitting - Drop-in $9 Adults 19yrs+ can register into this program 1 week prior to program start date, if spaces available. Activity Drop-in Policy (excluding adult sports activities) Drop-ins are accepted in programs where stated “Space Permitting - Drop-in fees”… Drop-in patrons can purchase their spot 15 minutes prior to program start time in person ONLY, based on 1st come 1st served. IMPORTANT : If maximum program capacity has already been met with registered patrons no drop-ins will be permitted, regardless of no-show patrons.
