Seiyu Karate - Beginner

No class Jun 7 Self-defence, discipline, and physical conditioning are emphasized in this Karate program. No uniform required. A teen should also take this program first before joining the Karate for Teens. Please note that Participant Waiver forms must be filled out before the program starts. Forms are available from the instructor. Controlled sparring.
