Group Fitness - Zumba 30/Strength 30
All Levels Welcome. This class has your cardio and strength workout covered with 30 minutes of Zumba and 30 minutes of Strength training. Zumba fuses Latin/World rhythms with easy to follow moves to create a dynamic cardio dance workout. The second half of this class focuses on strength training with hand weights, coupled with squats and lunges for a total body workout. Get your cardio and strength training in one class. This class will leave you energized in mind and body This is a DROP-IN CLASS ONLY and will show as "Activity is Full" on-line. Class participation is limited to 25 drop-in participants based on a first come first served basis. Drop-in fees: Adult $5.53, Youth/Seniors $4.15 Group Fitness Drop-in Policy Drop-in patrons can purchase their spot 15 minutes prior to program start time in person ONLY, based on first come, first served.
