About this event
No class Aug 10. Max 18 drop-ins All levels: Full-body workout: cardio, light/medium/heavy free weights, bands and mat exercises. It helps to achieve body strength, core stability, balance and flexibility This is a DROP-IN CLASS ONLY and will show as "Activity is Full" on-line. Class participation is limited to 25 drop-in participants based on a first come first served basis. Drop-in fees: Adult $5.53 Youth/Seniors $4.15 Group Fitness Drop-in Policy Drop-in patrons can purchase their spot 15 minutes prior to program start time in person ONLY, based on first come, first served.
