About this event
Space Permitting - Drop-in $13 This class incorporates cardio, light/medium/heavy free weights, bands and mat exercises. It helps to achieve body strength, core stability, balance and flexibility. Activity Drop-in Policy (excluding adult sports activities) Drop-ins are accepted in programs where stated “Space Permitting - Drop-in fees”… Drop-in patrons can purchase their spot 15 minutes prior to program start time in person ONLY, based on 1st come 1st served. IMPORTANT : If maximum program capacity has already been met with registered patrons no drop-ins will be permitted, regardless of no-show patrons.
