CAMP: Acrobatic Dance

Children will be introduced to floor rolls, cartwheels, summersaults, and hand-stands. These new skills will be applied rhythmically to create dance phrases and a creation of a dance piece. The dance piece will be performed during the last session of the camp. Dance workbooks/notebooks, colored pencils/markers, and a completion certificate will be provided. We will spend time writing, drawing, and reflecting on dance.
