Join us for a restorative Sound Bath – a soothing experience that invites you to slow down and return to balance. Surrounded by the healing vibrations of crystal bowls, gongs, chimes, and drums, you’ll be gently guided through breathwork and meditation to release tension, calm the nervous system, and restore harmony in body, mind, and spirit.
