Every time I look up we I see black dust around the diffusers and staining the ceiling tiles. Your vents are dark brown, so harder to see some of the dust… but they look like this. I also took a picture of the bathroom exhaust vents which is attached. [IMG_5379.JPG] We can help! The only way to fix the problem is to clean the HVAC systems and ductwork. If you just wipe down the diffusers, they dust will come back as the system and ductwork is full of dust. I don’t think the systems have ever been cleaned? This is exactly the type of work that we do and I’d love a chance to help you guys clean the systems. If there’s anything interest, we typically start with a free inspection to understand the scope of work so we can provide a detailed inspection report / quote. We always provide a post-cleaning report, similar to the attached.
