Hockey Night in Brampton

The 2026 Edition of Hockey Night in Brampton featuring an all-star lineup of NHL players and hockey legends is returning again this year on Wednesday, August 19, 2026. Last year delivered a sold-out, high-energy showdown raising  $6.7M  and a  historic $50M pledge  to build  Brampton’s second hospital​ . Team Matthews, led by Toronto Maple Leafs captain  Auston Matthews  and coached by  Darryl Sittler , faced Team Tanev, captained by Maple Leafs defenceman  Chris Tanev  and coached by  Wendel Clark . The all-star lineup featured  Gary Roberts ,  Ryan Getzlaf ,  Curtis Joseph ,  Mark Giordano ,  Owen Nolan ,  Jeremy Roenick ,  Owen Power ,  Blayre Turnbull  and  Renata Fast . In a dramatic 10–9 finish, Team Tanev claimed victory, closing out an electric night driven by passion, pride and community spirit.
