Trail Explorers

Inclusive Trail Explorers Program for 2025, designed for all members of our community. This initiative provides a wonderful opportunity to explore the beautiful Grand Concourse Trail, promoting health, wellness, and community connection. Please contact healthyprograms@stjohns.ca for further information. These trails are wheel chair accessible, and are accommodating of people of all abilities. This program promotes overall well-being and helps individuals build a stronger relationship with their community.
