Swim Lesson - Youth/Adult 3 (13+ yrs)

Recommended - Successful completion of Youth/Adult 2 This program will further develop swimmers who have mastered the basics of learning to swim and are ready to focus on developing and improving their strokes along with increasing distance. This course will improve performance in any stroke they would like to learn, with a main focus on front crawl, back crawl and breaststroke.
