Swimming - Preschool 3 - Orca

Prerequisite: 3-5 yrs, successful completion of the skills in Lifesaving Society Preschool Crab or Red Cross Preschool salamander. Swimmers work on various entries into deep water, rhythmic breathing, underwater object recovery from waist deep water, rolling laterally on front and back, front and back floats and glides, and flutter kicking on front and back.
