Stroke Improvement - Small Group

Work on stroke correction and improving technique through drills and progressions focused on front crawl, back crawl, elementary backstroke and breaststroke. Class size is limited to four participants. Prerequisite: Successful completion of or skill ability equal to Ultra Swim 5.
