Hockey Lessons: Adult Hockey Skills and Drills Drop-in (Fri)

This adult co-ed program offers hockey specific drills that focus on stick and skating skills and positional play. Fitness and general conditioning will also be developed. This class is great for those wanting to improve their game and get extra ice time. This is a one-day, drop-in lesson. These drop-in lessons coincide with our regular hockey lesson programs. CSA approved Full gear , including gloves, sticks, skates, and a helmet are required. Rental cost for helmets and skates are available and are included in the program cost.
