Hockey Lessons: Adult Hockey Skills and Drills (Wed/Fri)

Improve your fitness, conditioning, game, and get extra ice time as you learn hockey-specific drills that focus on stick and skating skills and positional play. CSA approved Full gear , including gloves, sticks, skates, and a helmet are required. Rental helmets and skates are available and are included in the program cost. Please Note: No lessons on 30 September 2026 (Truth and Reconciliation Day) and 11 November 2026 (Remembrance Day)
