About this event
Get out of your comfort zone in this this 45-min. high-intensity interval training, or HIIT class. Sweat through short bursts of different exercises of up to a minute each, then recover before you repeat. We will use body weight, plyometrics and some equipment. Participants must be able to safely increase their heart rate during exercise, although everyone will be encouraged to work at their own level. Taught by a personal trainer.
