Training Swim: Bronze Star

Prepare yourself for Bronze Medallion in this excellent introductory lifesaving program. Develop water rescue skills, learn CPR and first aid. Learn how to keep yourself and others safe around water. Bronze Star is the official training program of the Lifesaving Society, Canada's life guarding experts. Prerequisite: Must be at least 11 years old. Completion of Swimmer 9 is an asset. If 13 years old you may start in Bronze Medallion.
