Swim: Preschool 5 - Narwhal

Required: Completed Preschool 4. Preschool 5 is the most advanced preschool swim level and further develops independent swimming and water safety skills. Preschoolers practice forward and sideways entries into deep water wearing a PFD, treading water, retrieving objects from the bottom in chest-deep water, and improving breath control. Front crawl and back crawl are introduced, along with interval kicking to build strength and endurance.
