About this event
Take advantage of the resistance of your own body to crank out the reps in this endurance-focused strength training class. Technique will be emphasized as you perform high repetition movements with no weights, small weights, bands, gliders and other small equipment. Expect to firm and tone your body to improve both how you look and feel. A personal trainer will demo all movements, so you don’t miss a beat during this 45-minutes class.
