About this event
** Please note location change due to summer camp.** Challenge all your major muscle groups in this high-intensity strength class. You will use various strength training equipment such as dumbbells, barbells, kettlebells and bands, while incorporating some plyometric and body weight resistance training. Taught by a personal trainer. All levels welcome.
