Strong Start: Active Tots

Strong Start: Active Tots is a fun and engaging physical literacy camp for children ages 3–5. Through games, obstacle courses, imaginative adventures, and active play, participants will develop fundamental movement skills such as running, jumping, balancing, throwing, and catching. The program focuses on building confidence, coordination, and a lifelong love of physical activity in a safe, supportive, and play-based environment. All children must be potty trained.
